Keywords | Cd1 – xMnxTe solid solutions, Single crystals, Bridgman method, Optical transmission, Electro-physical properties. |
Annotation | The crystals of Cd1 – xMnxTe (0.04 ≤ x ≤ 0.55) solid solutions were obtained by optimized Bridgman method with travelling heater. The electrical properties of material with different Mn content were investigated. The spectral transmission area was shifted in these crystals depending on the Mn composition. |
