A stochastic model of a low-capacity Josephson junction with two correlated color noises is considered. In the framework of analytical and numerical calculations, the possibility of the appearance of a normal current component due to variations in the noise intensity or its spectral characteristics is shown. It is shown that the phenomenon of the appearance of a dissipative current for small values of the critical current is associated with the correlation between thermal and external noise. Critical values of noise parameters at which the voltage on the contact has maximal values are found.
