In a work the approach to accounting low-amplitude irregularities of surface nanofilms have been proposed in the free-electron model and the potential well of finite depth. The energy spectrum of electrons and the size oscillations of the Fermi energy of metal film with a rough surface have been calculated within the boundary shape perturbation method. The relations between relief and surface character, amplitude irregularities, material parameters and behavior relative to the Fermi energy have been established. The calculations have been carried out for Al, Cu, and Au.
