Annotation | Shown that the design of polymer composites (composite science) and their technology in many ways are akin to nanotechnology. Structured matrix, fibers, powders, and their interfaces in the formed composite (interfacial layers) determine the unique physical, mechanical and operational characteristics of composite materials. The technology of obtaining nanostructured materials, features of their structure and properties, examples of practical applications of composite materials are considered. |
