Annotation In this paper a new approach for solving the detection and coordinate the detection of radiation in the optical range of 0.3-1.1 microns, based on the use of so-called bipolar functionally integrated structures (BI-FIS) in pixels photodetector arrays is discussed. Variants of new technical solutions based on photo-detectors matrix pixel BI-FIS structures are shown. Their effectiveness and scope are evaluated.
