Annotation Semiconductor Zn3As2 and Cd3As2 films doped with manganese were grown by vacuum thermal deposition on sapphire and silicon substrates. Structural and magnetic investigations showed the presence of ferromagnetic semimetal nanoprecipitate MnAs with Curie temperature about 308 К.
