The paper presents the results of the study of the laser-induced radiation method effectiveness for the treatment of various sizes of cysts. It is shown that under the influence of laser radiation there are effects: anti-inflammatory action, acceleration of damaged tissues regeneration and improvement of organs blood supply. The use of fiber lasers is extremely promising in medicine, since they meet the key requirements: ease of use, reliability, a wide choice of parameters and the possibility of their accurate control, absence of special premises requirements, mobility and minimal operating costs. It is confirmed that during a short pulse heating tissue is faster than with continuous radiation. At the same time the distribution of heat will be minimal, eliminating the possibility of thermal damage to surrounding tissues and contributes to a significant reduction in the possibility of complications and, consequently, reduction terms of treatment. The efficiency of scleral obliteration of breast glandcysts by means of laser-induced coagulation was 97.5 %. |
