Annotation Within the model of interaction between adatoms and self-consistent acoustic quasi-Rayleigh wave in the long-wavelength approximation, taking into account the nonlocal elastic interaction between adsorbed atoms and matrix atoms and the mirror image forces, the deformation potential of acoustic quasi-Rayleigh wave interacting with adsorbed atoms is found. The dependence of deformation potential amplitude and height of surface irregularity on the adsorbed atoms concentration is calculated.
