Annotation Results of a research of size of a corner of mechanical losses (tg ) of the nano disperse systems received on the basis of polyvinylchloride (PVC) are given in frequency of 0,4 MH zat 298 K  Т  353 K and the content of copper, nichrome, graphite in the range 0    0.5 vol. %. According to power approach, with use of model of a visco elastic body, the analytical relations for determination of size tg  depending on the frequency of action of the external mechanical field, times of a maxvell relaxation, complex module of shift and volume strain of composite sare offered. Paths of technological process of creation of PVC composite sand the irusein dynamic mechanical and temperatu reprofile sare specified.
