Annotation

The influences of cobalt doping in nickel ferrite on electrical conductivity, dielectric properties (measured over a wide frequency range of 42 Hz to 5 MHz) and magnetic field (up to 15 kOe) dependent I-V characteristics are measured. Information about magneto resistance is very much necessary for magnetic property dependent electrical application of chemical routed CoxNi1 – xFe2O4. Material was prepared by sol gel self combustion technique. Characterization of synthesized powders were made using X-ray diffraction (XRD) with Rietveld fitting.
