Annotation | The possibility of improving the durability of cutting tools by applying complex nanocomposite coatings. We consider methods of getting in wear-resistant coating on the basis of Ti, N and Al, describes their advantages and disadvantages. The analysis of physical and mechanical and electrical properties of surfaces, their structural and phase composition and morphology in the top depending on the parameters of condensation. It is shown that modern methods of forming wear resistive coatings TixN1 – x and [Al(Ti)]xN1 – х reduce the intensity of wear of the cutting instrument-ment that will improve its performance and efficiency. |
