Keywords | Multiplicity spectra, Structural defects (2) , Polytypes, NQR, The interlayer distance. |
Annotation | The influence of annealing temperature on the shape of the NQR spectra 115In in InSe was studied. It was shown, that by means of gradual diminution of the annealing temperature polytypical composition of the layered crystal is stabilized, the number of defects and deformation stresses are reduced. The X-ray images and NQR spectra revealed the occurrence of block structure of layered crystals. |
