CdS (Cadmium Sulphide) has been studied as a buffer layer to form heterojunctions layer with an absorber layer in photovoltaic applications. Different techniques have accounted for deposition CdS layer. We had studied CdS thin film layer by thermal evaporation and chemical bath deposition (CBD) techniques. Structural, optical, electrical and Photoluminescense (Pl) analysis of CdS thin films have been studied.
