Annotation According to X-ray powder diffraction a process of polymer doping by MWCNT leads to increasing polymer crystalline level in result of formation the ordered “domains” in the amorphous polymer matrix. This structural streamlining leads to an increase of the energy required overcoming areas of amorphous phase and charge carriers are localized in the areas of crystallinity.
