Magnetoresistive Properties of Quasi Granular Film Alloys FexPt1 –x at the Low Concentration of Pt Atoms

Annotation Present results of studies of the phase composition, microstructure and magnetoresistive properties of three-layer film Fe / Pt / Fe (total concentration of platinum atoms сPt ≤ 20 аt. %) and multilayers based on Fe and Pt (20 ≤ сPt ≤ 33 аt. %), where possible formation diluted s.s. of Pt atoms in α-Fe layers and phase Fe3Pt based on Pt island, in non-annealed and annealed to 800 K states. Analysis of the results combined with literature data suggests that the phase composition of the magnetic grains did not significantly affect the efficiency of spin-dependent electron scattering.
