Annotation More robust 1.5 μm compact lasers are found. The results of experimental studies of the conditions of generation of the pulse laser with KGW:Nd3 +crystal with transverse pumping are presented. Compact highly efficient 1.531 μm Raman laser emitter is modeled. New crystals for 1.5 μm erbium and Raman neodymium lasers with diode pumping are considered.
