Annotation In proposed work the melting of bimetallic Au@Ag nanoparticle was considered within the numerical simulation methods. During the investigation of melting process the temperature dependence of the Lindemann index as well as the radial distribution functions were calculated. Atomistic configurations of the sample at different temperatures were obtained to investigate the dynamics of the structural changes. Calculated data allowed us to determine the temperature of destruction of crystal structure of the sample.
