Annotation The paper describes methods of forming three-layer structure based on thin films Ni, Fe and V and research of the structure and phase composition of the obtained samples. The results of investigation magnetoresistive properties of film systems Ni / V / Ni, Fe / V / Fe and their dependence on annealing temperature and thickness of the nonmagnetic layers are presented. Correlation of magnetoresistance properties and structural-phase state of films and its components are established.
