Physical processes of ultrashort electromagnetic cluster formation in multiharmonic parametrical free electron lasers are analyzed. The conditions, which are necessary for formation of such clusters, are found out. Two formation variants, which differ with input electromagnetic signal spectra and multiharmonic pumping magnetic field spectra, are studied. Possibility of the ultrashort electromagnetic field cluster formation in the multiharmonic parametrical free electron lasers is shown.
