A numerical scheme for simulation of the particles transport thru the probe-forming system with an angle displacement of the magnetic quadrupole lenses from normal position was developed. An effect of each lens displacement for microprobe parameters in separated probe-forming systems for both widespread configurations – triplet and Russian Quadruplet was studied.
