Annotation According to experimental study results of structural, morphological, ellipsometric and spectrophotometric properties of single- and multi-layered (up to 4 layers) ordered arrays of magnetic CoFe2O4 nanoparticles the efficiency of the method of their formation using the Langmuir-Blodgett method and subsequent vacuum annealing up to temperatures Тв  520-1100 К are shown. It is proved that non-solid cluster arrays of nanoparticles are formed with values of the surface tension P  10 mН/m and for high solids formation stage high values P  30 mН/m are characteristic.
