Annotation The final goal of mathematical modeling of the vibrating piezoelectric elements physical condition is a qualitative and quantitative description of characteristics and parameters of existing electrical and elastic fields. It is clear that to obtain meaningful and reliable quantitative estimates of the physical condition parameters of the piezoelectric (piezoceramic) element is not possible without reliable data on the values of the materials physical and mechanical constants. Method of material constants experimental determination of piezoelectric ceramics, which delivers reliable values of at least three modules of elasticity, two elements of the matrix of piezoelectric coefficients and one element of the matrix of dielectric constants is build. For the first time in the practice of material constants of piezoelectric ceramics measurement the question of determination of the frequency dependence of the energy level losses in a volume of oscillating piezoceramics is raised and resolved.
