Annotation The paper describes relative one-dimensional motion of two relativistic particles: electron and neutral particle in a weak uniform electric field directed along their common moving direction. Motion is considered in two reference frames: inertial and noninertial associated with an electron. A method for obtaining the transformation of coordinates is proposed. An example of application of the obtained equations is shown. Desired limits are specified.
